    While visiting friends in Richmond, VA I had a chance to tour the Personal Chef To Go's kitchen facility. Excellent. As a chef, I truly appreciate the hard work and discipline that goes into keeping an immaculate work space. I also got to taste their food. The food packaging may look a bit sterile (as it should be!), however, the flavour is from scratch! These guys have it going on...give em' a try.

    Advertising in a down economy is certainly difficult. A product like turkey will probably sell at this time of year if it will sell at all online. Good luck with that.
